5. How do I make a complaint ticket in the "Helpdesk"?

  1. After successfully creating an account at the helpdesk, then the next step is how to make a complaint ticket, on the Confirmed Account page. please click "Open a New Ticket".image
  2. Please select the desired Help Menu, General Affair for the GA Division, Human Resources for the HRD Division, IT for the IT Division.image
  3. Please fill in the Request Type data, Problem Summary (Problem Title), Problem Details (please explain in detail, and please upload an attachment which can be a screenshot of the problem, or any other attachments required by the relevant division).image
  4. After clicking Create Ticket, the obstacle ticket will be generated immediately and will have a "Ticket Number" as shown below.image
