5. How do I make a complaint ticket in the "Helpdesk"?

- After successfully creating an account at the helpdesk, then the next step is how to make a complaint ticket, on the Confirmed Account page. please click "Open a New Ticket".
- Please select the desired Help Menu, General Affair for the GA Division, Human Resources for the HRD Division, IT for the IT Division.
- Please fill in the Request Type data, Problem Summary (Problem Title), Problem Details (please explain in detail, and please upload an attachment which can be a screenshot of the problem, or any other attachments required by the relevant division).
- After clicking Create Ticket, the obstacle ticket will be generated immediately and will have a "Ticket Number" as shown below.
