6. How to view the Ticket List that has been created?

  1. To see the status of a ticket that has been made, please click "Ticket" in the Top Right Corner or in the Middle Panel. Then click the ticket number to see the Progress Ticket.image
  2. A ticket with an "Open" status means that the relevant division is still working on the ticket, while a ticket with "Closed" status means that the relevant division has worked on the ticket. Here's an example.imageimage
