8. Examples of constraints related to the IT Division?

Please report your problem by creating a ticket in the Helpdesk and choosing 1 of the 4 types of requests available to the IT division, the 4 options are:
- Repair of IT devices: problems related to hardware / hardware (such as the CPU that won't turn on, often restarts itself, or the printer doesn't want to print etc.)
- IT Software Repair: problems related to software / software (such as unable to connect to the server, data that cannot be opened, or unable to send / receive emails) for software / software repair cases, please include your computer's anydesk number. - Internet & Phone Repair: telephone or internet related constraints.
- Procurement of IT goods: for procurement of new goods that have never existed before, while for damaged IT equipment are included in this category.
